Birthday Post, Birthday Post

Girl you know I-I-I
Girl you know I-I-I
Don't need candles or cake.....

Oh. Not how the song goes? I apologize but my family does read the bloggy and you all KNOW I didn't get none for my birthday so....

Moving on.

This will be all encompassing of January.
So glad its over.
With lots of photos.
Most of which are poor quality phone photos.

It started with me taking this dollface to finally see Harry Potter. I took her to the midnight showing of the 6th one when Mr. Superman was gone at BMT and Mr. Superman and I plan to take her shortly after the final one comes out this year, when we are visiting AZ.

The HP photos from July 2009

Here are the HP photos from January 2011

Now onto the Bee Day stuff.
I got some flower lovin' from Mr. Superman via Next Day Air Mail.

The next day (my Bee Day) I rendevouzed with my mama and my sister at Olive Garden.

Our waitress was uh, special, so we ended up getting 3 free desserts.

Then my mama snapped lots of awkward photos of me opening her gifts in her car.

Afterward, we did some shopping with the Kohl's giftcard my fabulous sister gave to me and then I met up with a friend in Mesa and did a lot more shopping. We ended up heading to a mutual friend's reception and then I headed home in hopes of talking to my hunky military man.

Well it was nearly midnight when I finally got through to one of Mr. Superman's buddies to track him down to find out what was going on. He was able to track down his MOD and let him know I was pretty worried. He called via Skype right as my sister was breaking out my cheesecake with candles. My niece, her friend, and my BroInLaw were all awake so it was a mini late night party right before my Bee Day was over.

Then Karly (my nieces friend) and I just had to put on our matching onesie jammies.

Cindy Lou Who ain't got nothing on us.

The rest of the month was filled with family time including the joint Bee Day party for my brother Jared (25), me (23) and the baby (17), along with some babysitting, and just fun stuff altogether.

I have become addicted to Super Mario Brothers.

Bee Day dinner with my friend Cait.

I saw my car go from this

to this

I also finally got to go get my wedding set taken care of. My engagement band was a 4.5 and more oval while my wedding band was a five and round. They always slid around and after 3 years needed white gold re-plating pretty badly. I got them re-sized, re-shaped, soldered together, then re-plated. I wasn't expecting it to be as beautiful and perfect as it came out so when I saw it I was so giddy. They made total fun of me when I said, "Oh my gosh! Its all bright and shiny and new!"

Looks fabulous and a big fatty thanks to Mr. Superman for letting me get it done.

I took an excursion on Aiden's pre-school field trip to the Mesa, Arizona Museum of Natural History. He went crazy with all the dinosaur stuff.
Too cute.

Babysitting beautiful Claire Bear

Time to wrap it up.
Thank you mucho mucho to EVERYONE for all the Bee Day love, gifts, calls, shout outs, the like.
January is now another month down and one step closer to my loverface being home.
