Words Of Wisdom From Mr. Superman: Cleaning Edition
Mr. Superman: I really love having the house be so clean. Mrs. S: Oh yeah? Mr. Superman: Yeah but I don't like to actually clean. Mrs. S: Hmmm. Imagine that.
This is pretty much exactly how a conversation between The Hubble and I would go...except at the end...I would have to say "TOO BAD The Hubble married me...poor guy!"
Haha, Ryan and I were just talking about housework. I was saying that I sometimes wish we had our small apartment again, cause it would be so much easier to keep clean! But, I have gotten a lot better with keeping the house in order. I know it is SO old-fashioned, but I figure if he can go work 12-hour shifts to support our family, I can do most of the housework.
Yeah- he got pretty spoiled when I was teaching full time so I had a cleaning service come in and do most of the cleaning. Sorry about that! He did have to clean his room!
That's why I hate it when mine is gone...HE does the laundry!!! He's been home from deployment 8 months, we get a new washer/dryer, and then he left for recruiting school for 2 months. It was only then that I realized I have NO IDEA how to operate the washer/dryer! I'm lucky I have a cleaner, but cooking is all me, or it would be PB&J nightly!

I can totally sympathize with that.

I am a very, very bad wife indeed.
This post made me smile. My husband is actually much tidier than me. I'm kind of a walking mess...but I'm trying to get better.
