Day 8- A Photo That Makes Me Angry or Sad (And Wordless Wednesday)
I'm combining this meme post with Wordless Wednesday. Of course anytime I see photos of our troops, my heartstrings are tugged. When I saw this one, it brought me to tears.
So sad. I am giving the oral presentation on my research paper on Afghanistan - which is almost done btw, and I'll send you a copy of it when I'm done editing it if you're still interested - and in my powerpoint I have pics of Afghan children and soldiers on one of the slides. When I was putting it together last night, I totally got teary-eyed so I HOPE I don't cry in front of the class today lol. That's what I get for picking a topic that's so personal huh? Stuuuupid me :)
